Transparency matters. This disclosure explains how affiliate links work when you use PinMine AI, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides.
Overview
PinMine AI does not operate its own affiliate program. However, users of PinMine AI may paste their own affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links) into the tool to embed in their generated pins.
User responsibility
If you use PinMine AI to create pins containing affiliate links:
- You are solely responsible for complying with FTC disclosure requirements.
- You must clearly disclose that your pins contain affiliate links.
- You must include appropriate disclosures such as "As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases."
- PinMine AI does not monitor, verify, or take responsibility for the affiliate links you choose to embed.
FTC guidelines

Amazon Associates
If you are an Amazon Associate, you are responsible for complying with the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement. PinMine AI is not affiliated with Amazon and does not guarantee compliance with Amazon's policies.
No liability
PinMine AI is not liable for any affiliate program violations, account suspensions, lost commissions, or legal issues arising from affiliate links you embed in your content.
