Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PinMine AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

PinMine AI is a tool that transforms product images or URLs into Pinterest pins and social media posts with AI-generated graphics, titles, descriptions, and hashtags. Users create and schedule pins manually with optional email reminders.

Account registration

To register and use PinMine AI:

• You must provide a valid email address.
• Email verification is required to complete account registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts used to circumvent service limits will be terminated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not own or have rights to use.
• Paste affiliate or destination URLs linking to illegal, harmful, phishing, malware, or deceptive content.
• Use the service to generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or access our API keys or backend systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage generated content as a competing service.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse generation features or circumvent service limits.

Commercial rights

You retain 100% commercial ownership of all pins, images, and copy generated through PinMine AI. You may publish, promote, and monetize generated content across any platform. PinMine AI retains no claim on your generated content.

User-pasted URLs

If you paste affiliate links or destination URLs into the tool:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the destination content is safe, legal, and compliant with applicable laws.
• PinMine AI is not responsible for content at destination URLs you embed in your pins.
• PinMine AI is not liable for any affiliate program violations, account suspensions, or legal issues arising from URLs you choose to embed.

Pinterest compliance

PinMine AI uses a manual scheduling model — users create and schedule their own pins with optional email reminders. PinMine AI does not automatically post to Pinterest on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your pin content and posting frequency comply with Pinterest's Community Guidelines and Automation Guidelines.

Pricing and billing

Our plans and billing terms:

• Content generation requires a paid subscription or purchased credits.
• Pro Monthly: $9/month, billed automatically until cancelled.
• Pro Annual: $69/year, billed annually until cancelled.
• "Unlimited generations" means reasonable personal use. We define fair use as up to 500 pins per month. Accounts significantly exceeding this may be contacted to discuss a custom plan.
• You can cancel anytime — no cancellation fee.

Refund policy

Our refund terms:

• If you are not satisfied with PinMine AI Pro, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
• Refunds are available if you have used fewer than 10 generation kits.
• Refunds are not available if your account was terminated for abuse or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• PinMine AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for loss of Pinterest account access, account suspensions, loss of affiliate revenue, or any indirect damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Abusive behavior, spam, or fraud.
• Excessive generation abuse.
• Requests from law enforcement or legal authorities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
